         Center Crest is a gated community located on 40 acres in the heart of Florida in the City of Davenport. Center Crest consists of 364 deeded property lots that contain either a park model or a concrete pad and full hookup for parking a recreational vehicle. Some of the amenities available to residents of Center Crest include a 25' x 50' heated pool & hot tub, 9-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits and a Clubhouse. Inside the Clubhouse there is a library, kitchen, laundry room, pool room and restrooms with showers. Center Crest also has a 2.5 acre pond with catch-and-release fishing and a storage area for residents to park their RV's and trailers on with limited available spaces.  Center Crest is located conveniently close to many of Florida's most popular attractions. Center Crest RV Park Tee Shirts

If you are interested in purchasing a Center Crest RV Park tee shirt we have a limited quantity and color selection at this time.  All are men sizes and crew necks.  Sizes  S, M, and L will cost $15.00 each.  XL will cost $18.00 each and XXL will be 20.00 each.  The shirts will be sold during regular office hours on Tuesdays & Thursdays.  In the future we plan on adding additional colors, and styles (v-neck) based on residents requests.

Clubhouse Cleaning Schedule

The Cleaning company  will be cleaning the Clubhouse on TUESDAY mornings between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:30 am.  Everything will be closed during those hours which include the pool, restrooms, poolroom, kitchen, and laundry room. In addition the pool will  be cleaned on Fridays and will not open until 9:00 am.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTALS

All rental/leasing property must have current rental/lease agreement on file in the office along with a copy of the renters photo I.D.  This is the owners responsibility that must be provided and required per the governing documents.  Please check with Julie to make sure your information is current.
