Center Crest is a gated community located on 40 acres in the heart of Florida in the City of Davenport. Center Crest consists of 364 deeded property lots that contain either a park model or a concrete pad and full hookup for parking a recreational vehicle. Some of the amenities available to residents of Center Crest include a 25' x 50' heated pool & hot tub, 9-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits and a Clubhouse. Inside the Clubhouse there is a library, kitchen, laundry room, pool room and restrooms with showers. Center Crest also has a 2.5 acre pond with catch-and-release fishing and a storage area for residents to park their RV's and trailers on with limited available spaces. Important Information
All Homeowners have received a letter notifying them that all Center Crest Lot Owners Association governing documents are provided on this website per Florida Statutes 720.303(13). In addition, the Board of Directors will communicate annual meeting information and other important information through email. Please complete the form sent to you in the mailing and return it to the office before December 1st. Or you can pick up a form at the office. It is important the form with your email be returned in order to receive all notifications.
New Rules & Regulations Adopted 2/13/2024
Below are the new Budget, and the Rules and Regulations that were passed by the homeowners of Center Crest on 2/13/2024.
2024-2025 HOA FEES
HOA FEES FOR 2024-2025 ARE $696.00 Annually DUE ON MARCH 1ST 2024. (Payments can be made semiannually for $348.00 due March 1st & September 1st)
A $25.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER APRIL 1st, 2024
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTALS
All rental/leasing property must have current year (2024) approved rental/lease agreement on file in the office with a copy of all renter's/occupant's photo I.D. This is the owner's responsibility and required per the governing documents. Please check with the office to see if you are in compliance. Only those current and on file will be valid.

HOA FEES WERE DUE 9/1/2024
If you pay bi-annually $348.00 is now due. A $25.00 late fee will be added on October 1,2024 for those with outstanding balances.

Clubhouse Cleaning Schedule
The Cleaning company will be cleaning the Clubhouse on TUESDAY mornings between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Everything will be closed during those hours which include the pool, restrooms, poolroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
There is no vaping or smoking allowed outside the clubhouse doors, outside or inside the pool area, at or near the mailboxes or any walkway entrance to or from the clubhouse.
OFFICE HOURS
The clubhouse and office will be open Tuesday morning after cleaning(about 10 am) until noon and on Thursday at 9:00 am until noon.
