         Center Crest is a gated community located on 40 acres in the heart of Florida in the City of Davenport. Center Crest consists of 364 deeded property lots that contain either a park model or a concrete pad and full hookup for parking a recreational vehicle. Some of the amenities available to residents of Center Crest include a 25' x 50' heated pool & hot tub, 9-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits and a Clubhouse. Inside the Clubhouse there is a library, kitchen, laundry room, pool room and restrooms with showers. Center Crest also has a 2.5 acre pond with catch-and-release fishing and a storage area for residents to park their RV's and trailers on with limited available spaces.  Center Crest is located conveniently close to many of Florida's most popular attractions. HOMEOWNERS

Please check that your property is clean and free of weeds/debris. Also, that the roofs have been cleaned and maintained. 

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTALS

All approved rental/leasing property must have current year rental/lease agreement on file in the office along with a copy of the renters photo I.D.  This is the owners responsibility and required per the governing documents.  Please check with Julie to see if you are in compliance.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING

There is no vaping or smoking allowed outside the clubhouse doors, outside or inside the pool area, at or near the mailboxes or any walkway entrance to or from the clubhouse.

Pet Owner Responsibility

This letter pertains to all pet owners, it was adopted by the CCLOA Board and is now the policy effective immediately. Violators will be fined. Please read; click here

Cancellation of May, June & July Meetings

The Workshops and Board Meetings for the months of May, June & July were cancelled per Board approval.  Should any emergency meeting be needed it will be posted.

STORAGE LOT RENTERS

 
Attention Storage Area Renters:
As of April 10th, residents who have not submitted proper form/payment will lose their storage lot. Those next on the waiting list will be notified when lots are available.
 
THE STORAGE AREA IS RESERVED FOR MOTOR HOMES, WATERCRAFTS, BOATS, TRAILERS AND RV'S ONLY. NO CARS, BIKES, OR OTHER MATERIALS INCLUDING WINDOWS, METAL SIDING, LUMBER, LANDSCAPING MATERIAL, ETC. CAN BE ON THE LOT. BEFORE RENEWING ANY LOT, THE LOT RENTER MUST HAVE SIGNED A 2023 RENEWAL FORM, PAID THE FEE AND BE CLEAR OF ANY MATERIAL ON THE LOT BY MARCH 1ST.

Clubhouse Cleaning Schedule

The Cleaning company will be cleaning the Clubhouse on TUESDAY mornings between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:30 am.  Everything will be closed during those hours which include the pool, restrooms, poolroom, kitchen, and laundry room. 

OFFICE HOURS

Normal Office hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am until 11:30am.   Or by appointment.
