Center Crest is a gated community located on 40 acres in the heart of Florida in the City of Davenport. Center Crest consists of 364 deeded property lots that contain either a park model or a concrete pad and full hookup for parking a recreational vehicle. Some of the amenities available to residents of Center Crest include a 25' x 50' heated pool & hot tub, 9-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits and a Clubhouse. Inside the Clubhouse there is a library, kitchen, laundry room, pool room and restrooms with showers. Center Crest also has a 2.5 acre pond with catch-and-release fishing and a storage area for residents to park their RV's and trailers on with limited available spaces. Center Crest is located conveniently close to many of Florida's most popular attractions. Below are just a few:

Fence Storage Area
Please be advised that beginning May 12, 2026, the fence company is removing the decaying wood fence along the front of the enclosed sewer plant. It is being replaced with chain link fencing. They will also be replacing a section of fence that was removed near the dumpsters. Please use caution and limit access to the storage area so workers can safety and timely complete this job. May Park Update
PARK UPDATE
The repaving of Center Crest Blvd has been completed. Some millings will remain in the storage area for the next few weeks until the milling company returns, which is expected by mid-June, to spread and remove the remaining unused millings. The roads are being allowed to cure for a few weeks first, so that heavy trucks do not damage the newly laid road material.
The new additional golf cart parking space adjacent to the back pool gate is complete. We are currently waiting for parking stoppers, which will be painted yellow and placed in the area to prevent golf carts from moving forward. We anticipate the parking stoppers will be installed within a week, once they arrive and are painted.
The fence in the storage area has been repaired due to safety concerns and deterioration. The section with aging wood fencing was replaced with chain link, offering improved durability and enhanced security. Additionally, areas where fencing was missing have now been enclosed with necessary chain link fencing to ensure the entire sewer area is fully secure.
The landscaping company has trimmed the shrubs, plants, and hedges impacted by the recent cold snap. They will closely observe their progress and recovery over the next few weeks. At this time, it is anticipated that full replacement may not be required.
The Board kindly asks everyone to take care of their properties. Please keep your yards tidy, free of weeds and debris, and looking nice. Especially during summer storm season, a little extra attention goes a long way—thanks for helping keep our community safe and beautiful!
Upcoming Board meeting and Workshops
The Board of Directors will suspend Board meetings and Workshops for the months of May, June, July and August. If a special meeting is needed residents will be notified.

Park Updates:
The repaving of Center Crest Blvd. from the front entrance to Pansy St. is scheduled the first week in May.
The repair of the fence in the storage area is schedule to for May 14th.
New pool sleeves for the ladder handles have arrived and will be put on this week.

Regular Office Hours
Regular CCLOA office hours are Tuesdays from 10:00 am-12:00 pm and Wednesday's from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. Please remember the Clubhouse will remain closed on Tuesday morning until 10:00 am for cleaning this includes the pool and spa areas. Thank you

Board Resignation
Effective today May 5, 2026, Archie Beaulieu first Vice President has chosen to resign his position on the Board of Directors. Archie stated “due to his age and wanting to start enjoying my life’s next chapter” the resignation would be effective today May 5, 2026. The Board wants to thank Archie for his dedication and years of contribution to Center Crest. We all understand your decision, but you will be truly missed in the office. Best wishes to you and Rita on your journey forward. Enjoy Life!!!

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTALS
All rental/leasing property must have current year (2026) approved rental/lease agreement on file in the office with a copy of all renter's/occupant's photo I.D. This is the owner's responsibility and required per the governing documents. Please check with the office to see if you are in compliance. Only those current and on file will be valid.

Important Information
All Homeowners have received a letter notifying them that all Center Crest Lot Owners Association governing documents are provided on this website per Florida Statutes 720.303(13). In addition, the Board of Directors will communicate annual meeting information and other important information through email. Please complete the form sent to you in the mailing and return it to the office before December 1st. Or you can pick up a form at the office. It is important the form with your email be returned in order to receive all notifications.

Clubhouse Cleaning Schedule
The Cleaning company will be cleaning the Clubhouse on TUESDAY mornings between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Everything will be closed during those hours which include the pool, restrooms, poolroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
There is no vaping or smoking allowed outside the clubhouse doors, outside or inside the pool area, at or near the mailboxes or any walkway entrance to or from the clubhouse.
