Center Crest is a gated community located on 40 acres in the heart of Florida in the City of Davenport. Center Crest consists of 364 deeded property lots that contain either a park model or a concrete pad and full hookup for parking a recreational vehicle. Some of the amenities available to residents of Center Crest include a 25' x 50' heated pool & hot tub, 9-hole miniature golf course, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits and a Clubhouse. Inside the Clubhouse there is a library, kitchen, laundry room, pool room and restrooms with showers. Center Crest also has a 2.5 acre pond with catch-and-release fishing and a storage area for residents to park their RV's and trailers on with limited available spaces. Center Crest is located conveniently close to many of Florida's most popular attractions. Below are just a few:

August 2026 update
August date: We hope everyone is having a wonderful summer and making the most of the season. We’re excited to share a quick update about what’s been happening in the park and some upcoming activities. Thankfully, the weather has been kind so far, with no major storms, and we’re crossing our fingers for more sunny days as August and September roll in!
The road resurfacing projects were completed. This included extra golfcart parking and widening the entrance to our parking lot on Golf Crest Lane. We also spread road millings throughout the storage lot, helping to minimize dust as vehicles enter and exit the area.
This month, the Board will be focusing on several clubhouse projects. One important initiative involves relocating the roof downspouts that currently discharge water into the pool area. They will be moved, redirecting the water toward the far ends of the clubhouse and into the adjacent grassy areas, instead of the pool area. This change scheduled to begin in early August is intended to prevent flooding inside the clubhouse during storms. It will also eliminate the need to use the heavy black rolled gutter pipes or sandbags to block the doors as was necessary in previous years.
We’re also looking to replace the flooring in the library/pool room. Some areas have started to buckle, so a committee is gathering options and estimates. These choices will be shared with the Board soon, and we’ll keep you posted on what’s decided.
Another exciting idea; we’re considering repainting and freshening up the clubhouse. If you’d like to help lead or join this project, please let us know! We’ll provide all the supplies; we just need some helping hands. Your participation would mean so much, and together we can make the clubhouse look fantastic.
We’re still working on fixing the lights on the sign at the front entrance. Our electrician and the manufacturer have sent us new fixtures, but some lights are still burning out. Rest assured, our electrician is teaming up with the manufacturer to find a lasting fix. Thank you for your patience as we work to keep our entrance bright and welcoming.
The Board is currently evaluating the condition at the front entrance gate. Over time, exposure to the elements has caused wear and tear, and unfortunately, replacement parts are no longer available. Should the gate experience a major breakdown, a full replacement may be necessary, which would be a significant expense for the community. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we plan ahead to ensure continued security and accessibility.
Summer Hours
The Center Crest Office will begin summer hours the week of May 25, 2026. The office will be open each Wednesday from 9:00 am until noon.

Upcoming Board meeting and Workshops
The Board of Directors will suspend Board meetings and Workshops for the months of May, June, July and August. If a special meeting is needed residents will be notified.
Archie rescinded resignation
July 8, 2026
Please be advised that Archie has officially withdrawn his resignation. In May, Archie informed the Board of Directors of his intention to seek other opportunities, but he has since requested that his resignation letter be rescinded and to remain in his position for the remainder of his term.
According to our governing documents, replacements to the Board must take place at the next meeting scheduled. With meetings suspended until the fall, no appointment was made. Organizing a special meeting would have required formal notification to all owners and would result in additional costs; therefore, the Board decided to postpone any appointments until the October session.
Given Archie's decision to rescind his resignation and fulfill his current term, the Board will honor his request and will not pursue further actions regarding his position.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTALS
All rental/leasing property must have current year (2026) approved rental/lease agreement on file in the office with a copy of all renter's/occupant's photo I.D. This is the owner's responsibility and required per the governing documents. Please check with the office to see if you are in compliance. Only those current and on file will be valid.
Regular Office Hours
Regular CCLOA office hours are Tuesdays from 10:00 am-12:00 pm and Wednesday's from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. Please remember the Clubhouse will remain closed on Tuesday morning until 10:00 am for cleaning this includes the pool and spa areas. Thank you

Important Information
All Homeowners have received a letter notifying them that all Center Crest Lot Owners Association governing documents are provided on this website per Florida Statutes 720.303(13). In addition, the Board of Directors will communicate annual meeting information and other important information through email. Please complete the form sent to you in the mailing and return it to the office before December 1st. Or you can pick up a form at the office. It is important the form with your email be returned in order to receive all notifications.

Clubhouse Cleaning Schedule
The Cleaning company will be cleaning the Clubhouse on TUESDAY mornings between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Everything will be closed during those hours which include the pool, restrooms, poolroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
There is no vaping or smoking allowed outside the clubhouse doors, outside or inside the pool area, at or near the mailboxes or any walkway entrance to or from the clubhouse.
